Identifying risk factors

Being responsible is the most important job any of us in our community will ever have. It's both difficult and rewarding. If we were responsible enough to know about alcohol  and other illicit drugs and not use them, we would cut down on the crime and death rate in our community and in our nation.

In this lesson we want to identify risk factors that may cause a person to commit a crime and be sentenced to time in prison at hard labor and without the possibility of parole. We want to encourage our students to reframe from any king of drugs by knowing the serious consequences that could come after consumption. We want to bring about positive thinking so that positive choices may be performed in order to get positive results.

We want you to use a crime that you learned in the previous section in you explanation and the punishment that comes with it.
